“Ask the Lord of the harvest to send out more workers.” While it can be easy to feel like we are waiting on people to open their hearts to the gospel, Jesus made one thing clear—”The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” We are committed to sending out more equipped workers to the ripe harvest fields that exist in some of the most challenging places on the planet.
The Outpost
TRIAD’s Outpost is strategically located in Armenia, a Christian nation on the doorstep of the unreached world. From this location, we can provide comprehensive training to those called to share the gospel among the unreached. These are not primarily Western believers from the United States, Canada, or the UK—but people from all over the globe with a stirring within them to leverage their lives to make Jesus known to the ends of the earth. We believe God is mobilizing a missions movement in and through Armenia to reach the unreached world.
Indigenous Training
TRIAD’s Indigenous Training Center provides biblical training for indigenous pastors from highly persecuted areas. However, these aren’t your everyday pastors’ conferences. Because groups of believers often have to be kept small to avoid detection, congregations split off rapidly, meaning many pastors of underground churches have been believers less than a year. In fact, training and resourcing pastors are some of the most critical needs of the underground church. For many who come to the Indigenous Training Center, it is their first time worshiping freely without fear of detection and provides crucial training in biblical foundations and discipleship. Because congregations remain isolated from one another for safety, time at the Indigenous Training Center is a rare opportunity to receive support and encouragement from other pastors and church leaders.
