The City Gates initiative brings together like-minded organizations that are committed to possessing the city gates and being conduits for God’s blessing to every nation—a covenant promise for the people of God found in Genesis 22. The City Gates initiative will focus on establishing partnerships to foster indigenous praise, catalytic prayer, gospel proclamation, and church planting in each of the 32 capital cities of Middle Eastern, North African, and Central Asian countries. This region has a dire need for the gospel. By building a collaborative network of kingdom-minded organizations, it is possible to see a thriving movement of God established in the capital cities of each of these gospel-hostile nations.

TRIAD’s Counseling Center is on the front lines, caring for primarily indigenous workers who are laboring to bring the gospel to the hardest-to-reach places. These workers have faced cultural barriers, family challenges, isolation, and persecution. Through the counseling center, they are able to access the resources they need to recover and the tools they need for longevity in the field. Your support of the counseling center allows us to provide these resources free of charge to those who are facing the tremendous costs of making Christ known among the nations.

Some of the best-equipped people to share the gospel among the hardest-to-reach are indigenous and near-access workers—people who grew up in or near the target area. However, these same individuals have little access to training and even less access to avenues for raising the support that has enabled missions movements from the West. Your generosity will support comprehensive training and living expenses for believers who are eager to spend their lives making Christ known in the hardest-to-reach places.

One of the major endeavors coming from our Outpost is to mobilize believers in near-access nations—nations that have cultural and/or language similarities to, or are geographically close to, unreached nations. Using Awaken and more in-depth discipleship resources, our staff at The Outpost invest time in fostering a missional mindset in believers and churches who have the potential to make a significant impact on neighboring nations. Support for this project covers the cost of discipling believers in near-access nations—awakening them to the realities of the unreached, God’s heart for the surrounding nations, and how to live on mission for the Great Commission.

The Outpost, TRIAD’s office and training center in Armenia, is located at the epicenter of the unreached world. Surrounded by nations hostile to the gospel and within reach of a high concentration of unreached people groups, The Outpost mobilizes, trains, and deploys cross-cultural workers and empower indigenous believers to glorify the King through fostering worship, making disciples, and establishing biblical churches where they do not yet exist. Your investment helps to facilitate all of the programs and operations that happen in and through the facility.

One of the biggest problems faced by Middle Eastern believers is the lack of discipleship material in their language. Imagine the times your faith has been strengthened by being able to pick up a book, listen to a podcast, or participate in a Bible study. If none of those resources existed in your language, where would your faith be now? This is the reality facing most believers in hard-to-reach areas. Our translation team works tirelessly to ensure that discipleship resources designed to encourage faith, mobilize gospel proclamation, and build strong theological foundations are translated into languages commonly spoken in unreached nations.

The Indigenous Training Center supports those serving in the hardest-to-reach places with critical training and encouragement. It serves as a refuge for indigenous believers where they can learn, commune, and be refreshed in a much safer environment. In their home countries, these believers face intense persecution and are constantly at risk. Many are pastoring underground churches as new believers themselves, and some are able to worship openly for the very first time. The Indigenous Training Center provides essential infrastructure so that indigenous believers are empowered to continue the critical kingdom work of propelling the gospel to the hardest-to-reach places and people groups.

Worship is one of the most critical tools for victory in the spiritual realm. When God’s people worship him, breakthroughs occur. The act of lifting up the Lord as worthy is more powerful than we can comprehend. At TRIAD, worship isn’t an afterthought; it’s a core part of our mission to reach every nation for Jesus. Your investment in this project supports large Worship Wave events in Armenia, where we lift up the name of Christ over the nations and mobilize the Armenian church into missions and intercession; nights of prayer and worship devoted to interceding for a specific unreached nation; the production and recording of original worship music in the heart languages of the least-reached people groups; and the sending of our Outpost worship team into gospel-hostile areas to support underground gatherings with worship in their native language.

Technology is advancing, and the use of new tools is increasing gospel access in ways we never thought possible. Advances in translation technology are enabling nearly live translation of teachings in real time. Join in funding these technologies and more to advance the gospel among the hardest-to-reach. Your support of this project allows TRIAD to invest in new technologies for translation, create secure online platforms for discipleship and evangelism that cannot be traced back to the user, and utilize data and mapping services that allow us to gain better insights into unreached areas and the best ways to access them.
