The City Gates initiative brings together like-minded organizations that are committed to possessing the city gates and being conduits for God’s blessing to every nation—a covenant promise for the people of God found in Genesis 22. The City Gates initiative will focus on establishing partnerships to foster indigenous praise, catalytic prayer, gospel proclamation, and church planting in each of the 32 capital cities of Middle Eastern, North African, and Central Asian countries. This region has a dire need for the gospel. By building a collaborative network of kingdom-minded organizations, it is possible to see a thriving movement of God established in the capital cities of each of these gospel-hostile nations.

Your generous gift will support the TRIAD Counseling Center in its mission to serve workers around the globe and further enable frontline gospel work by caring for, encouraging, and energizing kingdom workers & their families through biblical principles of mental health care.

This funding allows for a pilot project for scripture translation in a select language within gospel-hostile nations. This project will make use of AI equipment and indigenous believers and will include training within newly forming OMT translation techniques and methodology.

Far from exclusively or primarily training believers from Western nations, TRIAD believes in the power of training indigenous and transnational missionaries to take the gospel to the darkest places on the planet. We have seen God stirring hearts in places like Nepal and India to share the gospel in Middle Eastern nations. We believe money should not be an obstacle for anyone who is willing to give their lives for the sake of the gospel. Our one-year training program holistically prepares those who desire to become full-time deployed workers with the practical, biblical, and spiritual resources necessary for longevity in the most difficult harvest fields. Support of the project provides for training costs and living expenses for the duration of the training.

TRIAD, as a pillar of its City Gates initiative, is committed to igniting worship among the nations. We long to see every nation, tribe, people, and language worshipping Jesus, and we believe that starts now. Further, we believe that worship paves the way for what God plans to do throughout the region, strengthening the body of Christ and weakening the enemy. Indigenous believers throughout MENACA (the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Asia) have access to very little worship music. This project will fund the recording and distribution of high-quality worship music in the most commonly spoken language in the Middle East.

We believe the Armenian Church has a strategic role to fill in completing the Great Commission. Many nations that are difficult to access for Western believers are open to Armenians. In fact, many Gospel-hostile nations have existing Armenian communities, creating a natural landing spot for Armenian believers on mission for the Gospel. God is stirring the hearts of Armenian believers to go and preach the Gospel and is using TRIAD staff and resources to train and equip them for this service. Your investment to this project supports initiatives like:

• AWAKEN groups being hosted at Armenian churches.
• Prayer and worship nights to cover unreached nations in prayer and stir the hearts of Armenian believers to be a part of God’s rescue plan.
• Scholarships for Armenian believers to take part in TRIAD training intensives to prepare for life on mission.

A safe house for persecuted Christians from the Middle East dedicated to accommodating, mentoring, nurturing, and training young leaders and members of the underground church, needs your support. This safe house is a sanctuary where persecuted believers can find respite and support. Resources will cover the cost to maintain and run this safe house for a full year. By supporting this project, you are directly contributing to the growth and empowerment of underground church leaders who play a pivotal role in expanding the Christian faith in nations hostile to the gospel. Your generous contribution will help us create a ripple effect of spiritual transformation, enabling these leaders to return to their communities with renewed strength and purpose. Together, we can provide a foundation of hope and resilience for persecuted believers, fostering a network of underground churches that will thrive and grow despite adversity.

The Outpost, TRIAD’s office and training center in Armenia, is located at the epicenter of the unreached world. Surrounded by nations hostile to the gospel and within reach of a high concentration of unreached people groups, The Outpost mobilizes, trains, and deploys cross-cultural workers and empower indigenous believers to glorify the King through fostering worship, making disciples, and establishing biblical churches where they do not yet exist.

One of the biggest problems faced by Middle Eastern believers is the lack of discipleship material in their language. We have built curriculum or are utilizing other partner resources aimed at mobilizing and discipling people on mission to take the gospel to the nations with a strong theological foundation. Our Translation Team at The Outpost is working to translate this resource into several Middle Eastern languages to empower indigenous believers with the knowledge and mentorship they need to share the gospel in their home country.

The Community Center serves to support the local church community and provide a space for trainings, gatherings, worship, prayer meetings, etc. The center will serve an international church plant, re-positioned churches that have been displaced by the Artsakh conflict, and more.

The Indigenous Training Center serves as a refuge, a modern-day Engedi, where indigenous believers serving in the most arduous places and unreached people groups find protection, spiritual training, and refueling from the Lord. Believers return rested, equipped, and empowered to continue the critical kingdom work of propelling the gospel to the hardest-to-reach places and people groups.

The SEND Armenia, previously scheduled for May 2025 has been canceled. TRIAD is saddened by this news. While this decision was not made lightly, we remain committed to serving the Armenian church in its global mission. Our dedication to Armenia’s historic calling is unchanged – WE LOVE ARMENIA!
